EURObizz Academy: the legal entity EURObizz Academy BV, statutory located in The Hague, The Netherlands and registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, nr. 66381584.

Instructor: any instructor, trainer or workshop leader that uses the Elearning Platform of EURObizz Academy, as customer of EURObizz Academy BV,
to offer his/her training/ learning content to a User. Instructors are registered professionals, whether as individual professional or as legal entity, in their national trade register or tax register.

User: any (end) user that uses any offered content on the Elearning Platform for the purpose of training/ education himself/ herself in the broadest sense; whether as individual person or as legal entity for their staff/ employees; independent of who produces and owns the consumed content.

1. These ‘General Terms & Conditions Of Use EURObizz Academy’ are as of 1st July, 2016 and apply to any use of the website (the “Elearning Platform”) eurobizzacademy.eu (via your computer, via mobile devices or any other application), on all services provided by EURObizz Academy and to all agreements made by EURObizz Academy for the use of our Elearning Platform and its services.

By visiting/using our Elearning Platform you agree to these ‘General Terms & Conditions Of Use EURObizz Academy’. EURObizz Academy recommends that anyone who uses the Elearning Platform or any of these services (an “Instructor” or a "User") to read in advance, these ‘General Terms & Conditions Of Use EURObizz Academy’. EURObizz Academy may change these ‘General Terms & Conditions Of Use EURObizz Academy’ from time to time. We advise you to read them regularly.

2. Additional terms for different services of EURObizz Academy
For some categories additional General Terms & Conditions Of use might count. These additional General Terms & Conditions Of use are a part of the ‘General Terms & Conditions Of Use EURObizz Academy’, and will always prevail in case they conflict with one or more other General Terms & Conditions Of use.

When there are categories or services on which additional General Terms & Conditions Of use apply, this is mentioned separately.

3. Protecting your privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information and how we protect your privacy when you use our Elearning Platform.

4. Minor users
EURObizz Academy’s services are only accessible for underage Users if they have been permitted by their legal representative, by their school representative or the generally usual that a particular minor of this age the act carried out independently.

5. How you may not use our Elearning Platform
Instructors or users need to understand clearly that the contents of the Elearning Platform may not be copied, reproduced and/or made public except RSS feeds for personal use and/or news articles. For example, this means use in personal web blogs or other personal websites. Users are not allowed to change the content of the Elearning Platform, other than described in these General Terms & Conditions Of use.

Instructors or Users are not allowed to place any type of personal data of instructors or users in announcements, promotional texts or in training/ teaching content on our Elearning Platform (e.g. postal addresses, email or other digital addresses, phone numbers, ID numbers, bank account numbers, tax/VAT numbers). Instructors or users are not allowed to refer to other (digital) platforms/ locations than the platforms of EURObizz and/or its related platforms and/or companies.

On our databank with content are database rights applicable of EURObizz Academy. This means that, among other things, Instructors or Users are not allowed to retrieve and reuse any part of the content placed on www.eurobizzacademy.eu or related platforms. This includes training/ educational content and/or any other part of the content of the database with content and/or repeated and systematic reuse within the meaning of the databases act.
The only exception is the content that is owned and published by Instructors themselves. Instructors are allowed to published, unpublish, change, add or remove their own training/ teaching/ profile content (owned and published by them); it is strictly forbidden to copy/use/ (re)sell training/ teaching/ profile content from other Instructors.

Any violation of the above mentioned rules, may cause sanctions, like
denying access to our Elearning Platform. In those cases there will be no refund of payments; Also EURObizz Academy can not be held accountable for any loss of income/ turnover or any other consequences for Instructors of Users because of these violations.

6. Ownership of content
Content in any form, owned and published by Instructors on the Elearning Platform, is and always will be the property of that Instructor; it is not and will never become the property of EURObizz Academy or its related companies.

7. External linking/ Third parties content
Unless EURObizz Academy has given permission (for example, in the case of API partners), it is forbidden to put training/educational content (in any form) of third parties on our Elearning Platform in any way.

It is not allowed to place trainings/educational content on behalf of third parties unless EURObizz Academy has given permission to do so (for example, in the case of API partners).

8. Misuse of the Elearning Platform and the consequences of this
For your safety and to avoid abuse, email addresses are protected by EURObizz Academy. Your response to training/ educational content and any communication between Instructors and Users are sent through the servers of EURObizz Academy and/or servers from our hosting providers.

For reporting illegal and infringing training/ educational content, offensive content and other problems please send your report to [email protected]; This way together we can ensure that the site remains as clean and safe as possible. Complaints about scams can be reported via our contact form.

If we receive complaints from third parties and/or complaints from other Instructors or Users that a particular Instructor or User is not acting in accordance with the Dutch law and/or the ‘General Terms & Conditions Of Use EURObizz Academy’ and/or the Privacy Policy, we can, if we see appropriate reasons, for security reasons and to protect our Instructors and Users, take the following measures:


a. EURObizz Academy can exclude both Instructors or Users from the services of our Elearning Platform or limit certain features for both Instructors or Users. You can think of, for example, account suspension for those Instructors or Users, removing reviews, limit access options or limit publishing training/ educational content options; and/or
b. EURObizz Academy can delete one or more content/ trainings without a refund of the amount paid by Instructors or Users.

EURObizz Academy Academy can also take these measures if you make unreasonably use of our Elearning Platform; for example if:
- your use obstructs other Instructors or Users; or
-
your use (might) interfer(es) with the proper functioning of the Elearning Platform.

EURObizz Academy can, in the framework of the above measures, process the personal data of the persons/companies concerned. Where necessary EURObizz Academy can, within the limits of the law, hand over the personal data of the persons/companies concerned to, for example, the Dutch police or other involved legal authorities. How this works is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. We make no warranties
Although our sincere efforts are focused on giving you a great experience on our Elearning Platform, we cannot guarantee that our services will meet your expectations. Also we cannot guarantee that our Elearning Platform continuously functions flawlessly and/or secure access to the Elearning Platform or parts of it can be obtained. All information and numbers on the Elearning Platform, are subject to possible writing or grammar errors.

10. Limitation of liability EURObizz Academy
We exclude, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all liability for any damage that an Instructor or User suffers through:

a. using the services of EURObizz Academy;
b. no availability or partly availability of our Elearning Platform or parts of it;
c. incorrect information on our Elearning Platform;
d. purchase of services by third parties, or use of products purchased via
our Elearning Platform; or
e. changes in the services of EURObizz Academy or changes or on our
Elearning Platform.

If we are still liable for any reason, then our liability is limited to the total compensation up to:
a. the amount that the user has paid to EURObizz Academy during the 6 months preceding the act causing the liability arose; or
b. €150,-, depending on which is higher.

EURObizz BV is not a legal part of/ a legal partner in agreements between Instructors and Users. The Elearning Platform of EURObizz Academy only facilitates in the matchmaking between the offers of Instctuctors and the demands of Users. This does not count for services/ content offered by EURObizz Academy.

11. Changes to the services and the Elearning Platform
EURObizz Academy can change its Elearning Platform or parts of it at any time. We can also modify or terminate our services at any time. We will endeavour to make such an amendment or termination to announce within a reasonable period of time before it will take effect.

12. Third-party websites and services
Our Elearning Platform contains by EURObizz Academy permitted references to websites of third parties (for example, by means of a hyperlink or banner). EURObizz Academy has no control or influence over the content of these third parties websites. On these websites the rules of that website (privacy) are applicable. If you have any questions about these rules of those third party websites, we kindly refer you to those respective websites. This also applies to using the services of external service providers, such as third-party payment services. The use of these services will fall under the rules of the relevant service provider (privacy).

13. Complaints procedure
Complaints about the service of our Elearning Platform can be submitted through the contact form. Complaints have to to be filed within a reasonable time after you found a lack in the service; Therefore the submitting needs to take place within a term of 2 months after after you finding the lack in the service. Complaints must be made fully and clearly described. We will strive to respond within 14 days after the filing of the complaint. In case this is not possible, we will provide you within 14 days after the filing of the complaint, an indicator of the term of replying.

14. Other provisions
EURObizz Academy (the "Elearning Platform") is the statutory registered company EURObizz Academy BV, Riddersdreef 52, 2542XZ, The Hague, The Netherlands and is registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce.
EURObizz Academy can change the ‘General Terms & Conditions Of Use EURObizz Academy’ completely or parts of it at any time. EURObizz Academy will strive to announce such a change within a reasonable period of time before becoming into force. The changes will take effect within a reasonable period of time after they are announced, or if you after the modification of our Elearning Platform and/or the services have used the EURObizz Academy Elearning Platform, depending on what takes place earlier.

If we do not enforce any provision of the ‘General Terms & Conditions Of Use EURObizz Academy’, then that does not have the effect of a waiver of the right at a later time or to enforce against another Instructor or User. Agreements which derogate from the provisions in the ‘General Terms & Conditions Of Use EURObizz Academy’ are only valid if they are confirmed in writing by EURObizz Academy. If one or more stipulations of the ‘General Terms & Conditions Of Use EURObizz Academy’ is declared invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, then this shall be without effect to the other parts/provisions of the ‘General Terms & Conditions Of Use EURObizz Academy’.

Notices to EURObizz Academy (other than on infringing or otherwise unlawful training/ educational content) may be directed to EURObizz Academy via [email protected]. Notifications to Instructors or Users will be sent to their specified e-mail address, or by certified mail if this is necessary and a postal address is available. Notifications done by registered mail are assumed to be received 5 (five) working days from the date of dispatch.

EURObizz Academy is at all times entitled to transfer her rights and obligations under the agreements relating to the services of EURObizz Academy partly or fully to another company. Instructors and Users will be informed about this.

All agreements resulting from all the services of EURObizz Academy and the ‘General Terms & Conditions Of Use EURObizz Academy’ shall be governed by Dutch law.

In the event of a dispute arising out of these agreements or from the ‘General Terms & Conditions Of Use EURObizz Academy’, only the competent court of The Hague (The Netherlands) is allocated as location, unless involved parties agree to submit the case to mediation by an independent third party that is agreed by both parties.

II rules for posting training/educational content

1. EURObizz Academy is a European training/ educational content platform
EURObizz Academy is an Elearning Platform where Instructors can place training/educational contents and Users can buy/use these training/ educational contents. Requests or complaints from users about Instructors should be sent primaraly to the specific Instructor.

Our Elearning Platform is NOT a party in the (sales) agreement between an Instructor and a User. Instructors and Users should mutual resolve disputes themselves.

Registration of an account by an Instructor or User, buying/ordering a (paid) training/ workshop/ course and the placement of training/educational content on the EURObizz Academy Elearning Platform, is reserved to the natural person itself or the legal representatives of the company/school concerned. Other users have to be authorized by (one of) the legal representatives of the company/ school concerned. Use by others than mentioned above, is considered as illegal use of our Elearning Platform and may cause unilateral cancellation of subscriptions and/or training/ educational content. In these cases there is no refund, compensation or any other form or repayment.

It is the responsibility of the legal representatives of the company/school concerned to proof that they are the legal representatives of the company/school concerned and/or that they have authorised employees or third parties to act on behalf of the company/school concerned. In cases of doubt, EURObizz Academy is allowed to ask for valid proof from the company/school or its legal representatives.

2. General rules for placing training/educational content on the Elearning Platform

2.1 training/ educational content that is placed by an Instructor on our Elearning Platform may need to comply with the following general rules. In addition, additional rules may be applicable for certain groups, such as minor users. These additional rules may differ from the General rules below. We advise you to always to take a good look at which rules are applicable to training/ educational content.

2.2 laying out an training/ educational content:

a. every training/workshop needs to be offered and published separately;
b. each title/announcement/text of a training/workshop (including its
content) needs to have a clear description of the offered training/
workshop in such a way, that there is no space for other interpretation;
c. it is not allowed to have simultaneously placed multiple identical
trainings/workshops on our Elearning Platform.
d. each training/workshop content should be placed in the best fitting
category. If you think there is no (sub)category available that fits your
product or service, you can email us the category that you like to see
added. However, we cannot guarantee that your suggestion also will be
accepted. Our IT department will judge if adding the suggested category
is of added value and not creating any overlap with other categories.

2.3 training/educational content content that is not allowed:

a. the content of the trainings/workshops must not be misleading,
inaccurate or incorrect. Both the title/text and content should describe
the training/workshop that is offered for sale, as accurate and clear as
possible.
b. training/ educational content may in any case not contain illegal,
discriminatory, pornographic, offensive or inflammatory and
threatening content. The content may also not contain political
messages and personal data of third parties or content that is contrary
to public policies or to accepted principles of morality.
c. it is not allowed to place titles, texts, training/educational content with
the sole purpose of promoting a business/brand, directly or indirectly,
except in to refer the owner of the content.
d. it is not allowed to put texts, pictures, audio. video at training/
workshop content (or in their announcements) that do not relate
training/workshop or its topic. Eventual misleading should be
prevented at all times.
e. It is not allowed to mention websites or links to websites containing or
partially filled with links to commercial advertisement websites or to
training/ educational content that focus on processing content revenue
by generating clicks.
f. it is not permitted to place training/ educational content, which are
placed only to generate clicks on a particular platform.
2.4 Illegal, stolen or unauthorized content.

It is not allowed to offer trainings/workshops that are illegal or unlawful or which the content (partly or completely) is prohibited. It is also not allowed to provide any content, of which the implementation of it is illegal or unlawful. It is not allowed to offer any form of content if you do not posses the legally required license, permit, certification, diplomas or other professional documents, qualification or registration.

Both Instructor and User should always take great care in providing and responding to training/workshops. Instructors and users are considered to know the applicable laws and regulations in their field of that concerning training/workshop/topic/sector. We recommend that you, in the case of doubt, get professional information or advice, at your local/national department, organization or relevant authorities.

2.5 No encroach on intellectual property rights of third parties

a. it is not allowed to place training/ educational content that includes content, products, service or other objects that infringes third party intellectual property rights. This includes that it is not allowed to offer a training/workshop that:

(i) infringes on the copyright of another party, such as, but not limited to, copyright on software, audio, videos, paintings, photographs, graphic design that was created by another party, without the consent of that other party;

(ii) infringes the trademark rights of another party, that is posted without permission; or

(iii) infringe the design right of another party, such as an object that is copied without the permission of that other party.

b. In the title and text of the training/ educational content only the mention the brand name of the training/workshop that is offered in the content that may be used.

c. In the title or text of the training/educational content may be used only the trade name of the company whose content originates. The mention of
trade names associated with trainings/workshops that not offered in the
content is not allowed.

d. the training/ educational material can only be compared with other
training/ educational in the text of the training/workshop and not in the title. The comparison must not in any way create confusion about the original provenance of the training/workshop. When comparing, no brand name can be mentioned belonging to the other similar training/workshop.

e. a disclaimer in the training/ educational content is not allowed on regarding the authenticity of the training/workshop that is offered in the training/ educational content. Instructors should make certain that their training/workshop are real/correct/actual and may be (legally) sold, before they are offered on the EURObizz Academy Elearning Platform.

3. Place training/ educational content
3.1. Post a new training/workshop
An Instructor places his/her training/ educational content using the button "add a new course” on our Elearning Platform. Before an Instructor can place training/ educational content he/she must login first.

When creating a user account it’s not allowed to an Instructor or User to choose a username that contains a [url] or a part of a [url].

It is not allowed to hand over your login details to third parties. It is not allowed to use login data of third parties for placing training/ educational content.

3.2. Emergence training contract between EURObizz Academy and an Instructor

a. after the Instructor has logged in, he/she can create training/ educational content via the button "add a new course”. The Instructor may change the training/educational content anytime.

b. Our Elearning Platform stores all data of every training/workshop for 14 days after removal of the training/ educational content. Then we will store the data of the training/workshopas described in our Privacy Policy. By means of the contact form can the Instructor within 14 days, stating the email address the training/ educational content is posted and quoting the number this information. If in any case training/educational data cannot recovered, EURObizz Academy can never be held accountable for this.
An Instructor is always responsible him/herself for making an offline/ online backup outside the Elearning Platform of EURObizz Academy.

3.3. The period that training/ educational content can remain on the Elearning Platform is limited till the date that is paid for/agreed on.
If applicable payments are not met and the Instructor removes the training/ educational content, that does not take away the payment obligations. Instructors need to update content periodically where needed.

Training/ educational content for which special rules apply, you will see the terms on our Elearning Platform, for posting your training/ educational content. If the training/workshop that is offered cannot be provided any longer, the Instructor has to remove it.

3.4. Stand out (creating extra awareness for your training/workshop)
When you format the training/educational content, the Instructor has the ability to let his/her training/ educational content ' stand out ', ' up ', etc. to create extra awareness for a specific training/workshop. The rules for this are described on the corresponding webpages.

3.5 ongoing SEPA Payment by means of a permission.
If you place a continuous permission (SEPA) for the collection of amounts from you to EURObizz Academy, we will specify, before we collect an amount from your bank account or credit card, the transaction per email, at least one day in advance.

4. Dissolution law

4.1 On placing training/ educational content can be in certain cases apply the termination right as referred to in article 6: 230 BW of the Dutch Civil Code. Click here for more info on the dissolution law.

4.2 The dissolution law is in any case not applicable to training/ educational content that pursuant to the ‘General Terms & Conditions Of Use EURObizz Academy’ (including under Chapter I, article 6) (i) of the Elearning Platform have been removed or (ii) are posted by Instructors or Users that are excluded from the services of EURObizz Academy or for which certain restrictions apply.

4.3 unless agreed otherwise, you agree that training/educational content directly, during the legal dissolution period, is placed. This has implications for any applicable termination right. You agree that you waive any applicable termination right, once the EURObizz Academy publishing contract is fulfilled.

4.4 If the dissolution law, referred to in article 4.1, applies to the training/educational content you have placed, you agree that if you use your termination right, you owe a proportional fee to EURObizz Academy for the services provided by EURObizz Academy.
In certain cases this proportional fee shall be calculated on the basis of the number of days remaining in your use of your termination right of the agreed publishing period and/or the average number of bids on trainings/ workshops in the same category, which is determined by EURObizz Academy from time to time.

4.5 If you are using your termination right, EURObizz Academy repay you the price of the service, minus a proportional fee, within 14 days of your termination request, to you.

5. Offers (if applicable) are not binding
5.1. Unless provided otherwise in the ‘General Terms & Conditions Of Use EURObizz Academy’, an information request or offers are not binding. An Instructor or User has no obligation to accept such offers. If such an offer by an Instructor or User is accepted, the Instructor or User is not obligated to purchase.

5.2. If the training/ educational content placement is removed due to the expiration of the publishing term or for any other reason, the corresponding orders will also be removed. Only Instructors are responsible for any potential refund to Users, in no case EURObizz Academy will make a refund, or can/will be held accountable for making a refund for removed trainings/workshops that were already paid for by Users, unless it concerns content owned by EURObizz Academy.

5.3. It is not allowed to place orders for trainings/workshops with the sole purpose of ‘joking’, ‘trying out how the platform works’ or to disturb the platform/process. Any click on an order button/link is concerned as a binding, legal agreement between the Instructor and the User.

6. Rules for offering the price/payment (methods) in training/ educational content
6.1. An Instructor can/should not require certain (additional) payments (methods) within the training/educational content to a user.

6.2. It is not allowed for an Instructor only mention a part of the price in the price field of a training/workshop. Mentioned prices are considered to include all costs/fees for that training/workshop.

6.3. Instructors who offer their goods and services have to put mention prices including VAT. Please check with you local/national tax authorities if there are tax treaties with the country of the seller.

7. Reporting illegal or infringing training/ educational content to EURObizz Academy
7.1. Reports of training/ educational content that is in violation of the ‘General Terms & Conditions Of Use EURObizz Academy’.

a. training/educational content that violates Intellectual Property and/or the ‘General Terms & Conditions Of Use EURObizz Academy’ , such as training/ educational content in which illegal things are offered or with ignominious content, can be reported via [email protected].

b. abuse of the reporting process is seen as an act in violation of the ‘General Terms & Conditions Of Use EURObizz Academy’ and may cause us taking measures against the relevant reporter as described in Chapter I, article 6.

7.2. Notifications in the case of infringement of intellectual property rights

a. the reporting process of EURObizz Academy is intended to ensure that trainings/workshops and its training/ educational content, do not infringe the copyright, trademark right, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

b. rights holders can make mention of training/ educational content that violates their rights, and request the removal of this training/ educational content by reporting this via [email protected]. When the reported infringement turns out to be correct, the content will be deleted.

c. The party that reports the training/ educational content, need to be the copyright holder itself or proof that he/she is officially authorized by the right holder. That information should also allow us to identify the training/ educational content that needs to be removed.

d. We strive to send reporters a notification about handling the report within 48 hours.

8. We make no warranties
8.1. Instructors and Users should do sufficient research themselves and inform themselves sufficiently before they put training/ educational content on our Elearning Platform or consume it. We don’t check the quality of the training/ educational content, security or legality of the advertised trainings/workshops, the accuracy of the content, the power of Instructors to sell trainings/workshops and/or the power of Users to buy trainings/workshops. EURObizz Academy gives no warranty whatsoever.

8.2. EURObizz Academy can also not guarantee users that the trainings/workshops provided by Instructors on our Elearning Platform meet your expectations as User.

9. Indemnity and limitation of liability service training/ educational content Elearning Platform
9.1. Each user will indemnify our Elearning Platform for third-party claims related to damages suffered by;

(i) entering into an agreement on the training/workshop and its training/ educational content,
(ii) the use of traiinngs/workshops purchased via the Elearning Platform; and
(iii) the use of services offered via the Elearning Platform; and
(iv) the (allegedly) offending and/or otherwise unlawful character of the training/ educational content and/or the delivered quality.

9.2. the conditions governing the limitation of liability of EURObizz Academy are contained in chapter I, article 8.

10. Changes
10.1. EURObizz Academy can change our Elearning Platform or parts of it, including the training/ educational content duration, renewal options, the classification of the groups and categories, the layout of our Elearning Platform and search options, at any time, in its sole discretion. We will endeavour to announce such changes within a reasonable period of time before they are made.

10.2. EURObizz Academy can change the prices of subscriptions at any time. If, during the term of an advertising contract a price increase takes place, then the Instructor has the right to terminate this advertising contract.

11. The training/educational content can be used for publicity purposes
11.1. EURObizz Academy can use small pieces of training/educational content for publicity purposes. This includes small pieces of training/educational content that can be shown by us through other distribution channels, such as third-party websites, in print media, radio or on television. EURObizz Academy will never use complete training/ educational content to publish this through other distribution channels.

11.2. By placing training/educational content on our Elearning Platform you automatically provide us a free worldwide, irrevocable, sub licensable and transferable license to use small pieces of training/educational content for marketing, promotional and/or advertising purposes. You guarantee that you are authorized to provide this license.

11.3. We may provide access to small pieces of training/ educational content to third parties for publicity purposes to enable them to promote trainings/workshops on third party websites, via email and through other channels. These promotions can contain (small parts of) the training/ educational content.

11.4. The format of training/ educational content can be changed in such a way that the training/ educational contents are accessible from mobile devices or other third-party software applications.

11.5. Our Elearning Platform may contain references (for example, by means of a hyperlink or banner) to the websites of third parties, for example Google Adwords/Adsense. These references can also be placed next to training/ educational content. Our Elearning Platform has no control or influence on that content and policies of these websites. These websites are subject to the (privacy) rules of that website.

III additional rules for certain categories

A. Medical category

1. For whom is the category Medical?
The category Medical is meant for medical trainers, medical professionals and medical service providers. If you place medical training/ educational content as a medical Instructor/professional, you confirm that you are legally allowed, qualified and capable of training/instructing within that profession/sector.

2. Rules for posting reviews

2.1. Placing a rating and a comment

An review is a written user's experience with an Instructor. A review can be placed for a specific training/workshop and its relevant Instructor.
Each User can review the Instructor's work and/or training/ educational content in his own writing.

If a user has written a review on an Instructor and the specific training/ educational content, the Instructor can respond to it by clicking on the "write a comment' option. The response appears directly below the rating.

2.2. the rules for reviews are:

A rating:

a. should be filled in truthfully;
b. must refer to the Instructor concerned;
c. must relate to a training/workshop;
d. must not contain aggressive or offensive words; and
e. must not contain privacy-sensitive information (such as addresses, websites, etc.);
f. must not contain commercial messages.

2.3. Reviews can also be negative. Negative reviews are not removed unless the review is clearly unlawful and/or contrary to one of the above rules. In this case, EURObizz Academy is entitled to remove the review. An Instructor, who feels that removal is incorrect, can object at the EURObizz Academy via [email protected].

B. Additional paid options

1. Payments

1.1. When choosing additional options, the additional associated price is mentioned.

1.2. The obligation to pay the additional price shall take effect at the time of ordering of the additional options. If the additional payment is not or not timely met, EURObizz Academy is entitled to remove the additional options and to charge the amount due yet.

1.3. If payment is not timely met, EURObizz Academy is also entitled to charge statutory commercial interest. In the case that the Instructor or User, after due notice, fails to pay the full amount due, EURObizz Academy is entitled to handover the claim to a collection agency and block the access of the Instructor or User to our Elearning Platform. The judicial and extrajudicial costs of collection will come at the expense of the Instructor or User. This counts for both subscription payments as payments of additional options.

1.4. EURObizz Academy can change our Elearning Platform or parts of it, including the training/ educational content duration, renewal options, the classification of the groups and categories, the layout of our Elearning Platform and search options, at any time, in its sole discretion. We can also cancel our services. We will endeavour to announce such changes within a reasonable period of time before they are made.

1.5. Sales tax

EURObizz Academy calculates 21% Dutch sales tax on amounts to be paid for all services of EURObizz Academy, unless otherwise indicated on our Elearning Platform.
An electronic invoice can be obtained in his/her account indicating that an (if applicable monthly) invoice by email is required. Each user who indicates in his/her account to receive a (if applicable monthly) invoice by email, does explicitly agree with only electronic billing. The (if applicable monthly) invoice contains all payments made online via our Elearning Platform, during the month preceding the date of the invoice.


EURObizz Academy does not send paper copies of invoices for economic and environmental reasons.
